  Let me tell about my experience with this company. I contacted them to determine whether they could replace an old Thermador hood. They sold me a new hood and blower. Charged me for installation. Then they decided they couldn’t actually do the installation which they sublet to another company. Instead of taking the hood and blower motor back when the installation could not be done, they then decided that the purchase was final. Later, they changed their minds and said I was responsible for a 20% restocking fee. None of this was in their quote. They never said that this was a special order. If I hadn’t purchased the hood and blower motor using a credit card, I would have been stuck with entire purchase over $4,000. You really don’t want to do business with this company. They are not customer centric at all.

  Ultimately good cabinets and design but poor customer service. They made a mistake in sizing the hood and coordinating with appliance retailer, resulting in the wrong size hood vent being delivered. When the contractor determined the delivered hood vent would not fit, Kitchen Vision took no responsibility for correcting the problem. Ultimately cost me $2000 for another vent and I was stuck with a 48” vent I had no use for. The hood in question had a complex internal support structure so it was not obvious to a casual costumer that the original 48” vent would not fit in the supplied 48” hood. Given this, you need to check in detail every item you order from them to ensure it fits because they will not admit any mistake on their part. Might as well order off the internet. I will not use them again.
